Urgent fix needed for King Island freight issues

The State’s peak farming organisation has called upon the State Government to address the ongoing sea freight issues on King Island.
Tasmanian Farmers and Graziers Association (TFGA) CEO Peter Skillern said that he had received numerous comments and concerns from TFGA members on the island.
“This matter needs to be addressed as matter of urgency,’’ Mr Skillern said.
“The TFGA will continue to talk to the State Government to advocate for a positive outcome for our members and the King Island community.”
