The State Government are looking to map out planning development application case studies as examples of the existing process. The case studies will be used as a baseline for the cost-benefit analysis of potential reforms. The case studies need to be projects that are now complete, for TFGA members, these relate to agricultural developments.

Ideally, the State Government are looking to have case studies that fit into the following categories:

  • Projects involving excavator of existing buildings for new small businesses
  • Industrial or agri-business projects.
For members who have undertaken a development application in the past and would like to talk about the opportunity to develop this into a case study, please contact the TFGA on 6332 1800.
