Minister Shelton has announced the enhanced Red Hot Tips Program which hopes to educate, engage, and support farmers and rural landholders to actively manage their bushfire risk and also facilitate practical vegetation fire management and ecological sustainability.

Starting in August 2020 the program will provide farmers and rural landholders practical advice on effective bushfire management planning as well as guidance on developing fuel reduction, advice on alternative fuel reduction treatments and access to helpful resources like the SFMC booklet.
